Kathryn was the perfect fit for us, and we can’t recommend her enough! She was down-to-earth and approachable for all our questions. She was easily reached by phone, text, and email at all hours of the day and night. We appreciated how thorough and realistic she was when noticing potential issues in homes we viewed. She was extremely patient with us, often acting as a calm counselor. It’s a fine line to walk, particularly in this market, of explaining how sometimes you must act fast on a popular house, without being pushy or frazzled; she did so beautifully. Because of her experience as a mom, we learned from her what attributes of house and neighborhood will become important to us in a few years when we begin a family of our own.
