In August of 2014, my husband and I saw a listing for a home in the McKinney area of Texas that we were very interested in seeing. I called Kathryn and the home had already sold just the day before. Kathryn asked for detailed information regarding price range, area and number of rooms for our  ideal home during that call and she took our contact information.

We called Kathryn two weeks later to let her know we would be in McKinney in early September and she immediately made herself available during the week we would be searching for our first home. The day we arrived, she met us at a home we had been looking at on the internet and the following day she spent the entire day driving us to six homes, all within our stated price range with features we had requested. At the end of the day, we saw the home we wanted in the right location with the style and detail we were hoping to find.

There was a slight descrepancy in the price that Kathryn spotted immediately and she made sure it was fixed before we signed our sales contract.

The foundation had not been poured yet and we were somewhat nervous about having our new home constructed long distance. Kathryn assured us that she would carefully supervise the construction and keep us advised regarding the process.

True to her word, Kathryn and her husband Steve photographically documented the construction in detail each week and sent us a report along with the pictures. We could not have been more pleased that Kathryn intervened on our behalf when there were problems or overlooked items that needed attention. If we made inquiries, Steve and Kathryn got us answers immediately.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with the service, professionalism and cordial demeanor of Kathryn and Steve. If my husband and I should decide to upgrade or relocate, Kathryn will be our first and only call for assistance. Our experience with her was nothing short of magnificent.
